Days 8 & 9. 30 DoR.

Day 8.
On Tuesday Zeus worked a double shift which means he started at 7 am and got off at 11:30 pm. A LONG DAY. I knew he would just want to relax when he got home and he did just that. After settling in and in front of the TV playing his game, I took the opportunity to tell him how much I appreciate his hard work supporting our family. I tell him often how much it means to me but what's one more time? Who doesn't love being told they're loved and appreciated?? I wanted him to know once more that his hard work has not gone unnoticed. And sometimes that's exactly what people need to hear, right? RIGHT!! So if it has been awhile since you've told your loved ones how much you love and appreciate them, tell them. It might make all the difference in the world.

Day 9.
Zeus had a game last night. It was rainy and chilly, something very unexpected here in Vegas. I wanted to have a treat for him after his game so I made a nice batch of rice crispies.

Now that I think about it, I should have had something warm waiting for him when he got home, like cookies or brownies straight out the oven. To a point I did, he asked me to make him Ramen and it was nice and hot when he walked through the door. Next time I'll take in consideration the weather and bake my treats accordingly. I guess a cup of hot chocolate could have done the trick, but he seemed to really enjoy the rice crispy treats. :)

Last night I had the worst sleep ever!! Both boys fell asleep in bed with us and everytime we tried to put them in their bed, they woke up and climbed right back into ours. So we just left them. Around 5 this morning I woke up because I was so uncomfortable being scwooshed in bed with my three boys. I decided that I'd move the boys to the floor where I had laid a blanket for them the night before since they wouldn't stay in their bed, after I went to the bathroom...you know since I have to take frequent bathroom trips at night since I'm pregnant. (Hate it!!) Within minutes of me being gone, I came back to the room and the boys were already moved!! And Zeus had my side of the bed ready for me with my pillows and blanket. *Awwwwwwwwwwww!! tear!!* I didn't want to wake him to do it because his alarm was set for only an hour after and he didn't get much sleep the last few nights. I LOVE HIM!! :D
