Zeus's schedule this week was:
Monday- Football practice
Tuesday- Double shift
Wednesday- Game
Thursday- AM shift, Game
Friday- Double shift
Saturday- AM shift
We were very blessed that Zeus had Sunday and half of Monday to rest before returning to work after spending last Saturday at the hospital. By the end of the week he was pushing himself a little trying to get in an extra shift while also fulfilling his coaching duties. So today I thought I'd give Zeus a break and let him nap when he got home, until his eyes opened.
Wouldn't we all love naps like that?? I can't remember the last time I napped until my eyes opened on its own, probably since before I had Worthy! After he fell asleep I took the boys to run errands with me so they wouldn't wake him up. Came home a couple hours later and he was still knocked out. He woke up just as I was about finished making dinner (I'm sure if I wasn't yelling at the boys for touching things they weren't supposed to, he would've slept a little longer...lol oops).
So that was Day 12. I allowed him a few hours of uninterrupted sleep. And trust me, after being at home with the boys all alone the last few days, I wanted to wake him up several times to relieve me!! But I didn't. You're welcome honey!! Haha

So cute! Almost half way there! These are some things I've done for Mase in the past, just to give u some ideas. Breakfast in bed, make his favorite breakfast foods and serve it to him in bed. Another one is sometimes I cook dinner and right before he's off I'll set candles out around the house light them all turn off all the lights in the house and have a candlelit either dinner at the table or a picnic with a blanket in the living room :)
